Refund Policy

At VB Painting Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our work and aim to ensure that every client is fully satisfied with the services we provide. This refund policy outlines how we handle requests for refunds and service adjustments.

Service  Satisfaction  Guarantee

We do not offer cash refunds for completed services. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

If you notice any areas of concern after completion (such as missed spots, uneven coverage, or touch-ups), please notify us within 5 business days of the project's completion. We will schedule a time to return and address the issue promptly.

 

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project start date. This deposit covers materials and scheduling commitments and is non-refundable if the project is canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled start date.

  • If you cancel the project more than 72 hours in advance, any unused portion of your deposit may be refunded at our discretion, depending on material orders and time reserved.

 

Custom Materials and Colors

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for custom-tinted paint, special-order materials, or products that have been purchased specifically for your project once the order has been placed.

 

Exceptions

​

Refunds may be issued only under the following rare circumstances:

  • A project was paid for in advance and not started

  • VB Painting Services is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen internal issues (e.g., scheduling conflicts, crew availability)
